Easy Installation

The electric thermostat, accurate to within 0.1°C, continuously monitors the room and adjusts in response to changes in air temperature. It automatically maintains a comfortable temperature, keeping you warm and cosy while helping to reduce heating costs.

Room Coverage

It’s essential to have the right wattage to ensure the room is heated efficiently. The amount of heat produced depends on the heater’s wattage.

We recommend around 80W per square meter for a modern, well-insulated room.

Adax WiFi App – Setup Tips

Before installation, ensure strong WiFi signal where the heater will be placed. Test the signal strength by holding your phone in the desired location. Keep in mind that the heater’s steel casing may weaken the signal. If the signal is weak, consider using a WiFi signal booster for better connection.

Avoid installing the heater in areas with poor signal.

When setting up the app, enter the full router name (SSID) exactly as seen on your phone, as it is case-sensitive. If it defaults to “my wifi,” change it to the correct router name.

Your router likely offers 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequencies. Disable the 5GHz setting temporarily during setup to avoid interference. After connecting, you can re-enable 5GHz.

Shipping Policy

ALL SHIPMENTS

Shipments require a POD (proof of delivery). Someone must be at the delivery address to receive the parcel. Otherwise, the courier must be notified in advance to leave the parcel safe. Couriers will use their discretion in regards to leaving parcels safe. Couriers may also attempt delivery to a neighbours if nobody is at the delivery address.

Delivery tracking information will be sent via text or email with the information provided on the order.

Once dispatched we are unable to redirect the package to a different address and is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate with the courier.

Please don’t Book a Plumber or Electrician until your products have arrived and are checked. 

FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UK)

UK Mainland orders are shipped on a next working day delivery service†.

Orders placed before 12 (noon) will be dispatched the same day*. Orders placed after will be dispatched the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. Delivery is not available on these days. 

Tracking and delivery information will be sent after the order is dispatched.

On the delivery day, the courier will provide a 2 hour window for when they expect to deliver the order.

Normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5:00pm GMT – Shipping is not available outside of these hours.

Please Note : Post Brexit shipments from the UK to the EU are subject to international delivery policy.  This includes the Republic of Ireland.  Please refer to the “International Delivery” section below.

Refund Policy

Unhappy with your order? That’s not a problem. Post the item back and refund. 

Unless faulty, the item must be returned within 30 days of receiving delivery. The item must be: in the original condition, undamaged and unused. Otherwise it will not be eligible for a refund.

Outside of the 30 period we offer a 60 day period where the item can be credited or exchanged for another item. (As long as the item remains in its original condition.)

If you wish to cancel your order prior to delivery. We recommend contacting us via email or phone call. Please reference your order number and postcode.

If possible, please contact us prior to dispatch.

How To Return an Item

  • We require you to complete and attatch with your order.
  • The return form will be on the back of your paper invoice. It can also be downloaded from the following link: returns form
  • Complete the form in full, this will speed up the refund process. 
  • Post the item back to our warehouse. Our address is included at the bottom of this page.
  • The return postage is paid for by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service. As we may require a proof of delivery with the name of the person who signed for the return. This helps in case the item is delivered to the wrong address. 
  • Once returned, we’ll refund the account that originally paid for the order. This may take up to 14 days of the item being received at our warehouse.
  • We will notify you when we have refunded your account.

Damages

If parcel arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery.

If the item is damaged contact us on 01325717899 or email info@solairehp.co.uk explaining the situation. We will ask for photo’s of the damage to be emailled. 

Damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for return.  This is due to the courier insurance requirements. 

The item(s)will then be collected by us for inspection and refund / exchange in accordance with your requirements.

Faulty Goods

You have the right to return any faulty goods within 30 days of purchase.

We will collect the goods and issue a refund or exchange.

 In addition to this, each product has a warranty which covers manufacturing defects for extended periods of time (as stated in the product description).
