Aura Straight White Heated Towel Rail – Central Heating
The Aura is a quality towel rail / bathroom radiator at an affordable price. It has a straight ladder design and is perfect for drying towels and heating your bathroom. The large spacing and multi-rung design gives you plenty of options to hang towels and other items to dry. The Aura is available in the following sizes: Width: 300mm, 400mm, 500mm. Height: 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, 1500mm.
Central heating towel rails arrive empty and without connections. They have 1/2 inch BSP thread and need to be plumbed into your central heating system. They arrive as a standalone rail and the valves must be bought separately. We have a selection of angled or straight manual and thermostatic valves available in our accessories section.
Easy Wall Mount – Adjustable Brackets
The wall-mounting brackets have internal metal threads for a more secure fitting against the wall. The brackets also provide an adjustable wall projection. This allows you change the wall projection between 93-113mm, making it ideal if the wall is uneven e.g a half-tiled wall.
Different Power Options Available
Have you considered dual fuel? Dual fuel allows for all year-round heating, even when your central heating system is off due to the electrical heating element.
All our towel rails are available in central heating, electric and dual fuel power options.
Central heating towel rails arrive as a stand-alone product, and the valves must be bought separately. We have a selection of angled or straight on/off valves and thermostatic valves available in our accessories section. We also stock a variety of dual fuel kit bundles with your choice of element size and valves.
If you opt for one of our electric models the towel rail will be professionally filled on site and will be completed by one of our high-quality PTC (positive thermal coefficient) elements or one of our state of the art R3 thermostatically controlled elements.
Dual fuel towel radiators are like the central heated option – in that the radiator arrives empty and must connect to the central heating pipes. However, it comes with a dual fuel kit, which consists of valves and a heating element. Dual fuel heated towel rails can be heated using the central heating or mains electric. This means that when the central heating is off, you can still use the radiator to dry towels by switching the electric element on. Therefore, you have the benefit of using the towel rail all year round!

Shipping Policy
ALL SHIPMENTS
Shipments require a POD (proof of delivery). Someone must be at the delivery address to receive the parcel. Otherwise, the courier must be notified in advance to leave the parcel safe. Couriers will use their discretion in regards to leaving parcels safe. Couriers may also attempt delivery to a neighbours if nobody is at the delivery address.
Delivery tracking information will be sent via text or email with the information provided on the order.
Once dispatched we are unable to redirect the package to a different address and is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate with the courier.
Please don’t Book a Plumber or Electrician until your products have arrived and are checked.
FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UK)
UK Mainland orders are shipped on a next working day delivery service†.
Orders placed before 12 (noon) will be dispatched the same day*. Orders placed after will be dispatched the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. Delivery is not available on these days.
Tracking and delivery information will be sent after the order is dispatched.
On the delivery day, the courier will provide a 2 hour window for when they expect to deliver the order.
Normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5:00pm GMT – Shipping is not available outside of these hours.
Please Note : Post Brexit shipments from the UK to the EU are subject to international delivery policy. This includes the Republic of Ireland. Please refer to the “International Delivery” section below.

Refund Policy
Unhappy with your order? That’s not a problem. Post the item back and refund.
Unless faulty, the item must be returned within 30 days of receiving delivery. The item must be: in the original condition, undamaged and unused. Otherwise it will not be eligible for a refund.
Outside of the 30 period we offer a 60 day period where the item can be credited or exchanged for another item. (As long as the item remains in its original condition.)
If you wish to cancel your order prior to delivery. We recommend contacting us via email or phone call. Please reference your order number and postcode.
If possible, please contact us prior to dispatch.
How To Return an Item
- We require you to complete and attatch with your order.
- The return form will be on the back of your paper invoice. It can also be downloaded from the following link: returns form.
- Complete the form in full, this will speed up the refund process.
- Post the item back to our warehouse. Our address is included at the bottom of this page.
- The return postage is paid for by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service. As we may require a proof of delivery with the name of the person who signed for the return. This helps in case the item is delivered to the wrong address.
- Once returned, we’ll refund the account that originally paid for the order. This may take up to 14 days of the item being received at our warehouse.
- We will notify you when we have refunded your account.

Damages
If parcel arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery.
If the item is damaged contact us on 01325717899 or email info@solairehp.co.uk explaining the situation. We will ask for photo’s of the damage to be emailled.
Damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for return. This is due to the courier insurance requirements.
The item(s)will then be collected by us for inspection and refund / exchange in accordance with your requirements.
Faulty Goods
You have the right to return any faulty goods within 30 days of purchase.
We will collect the goods and issue a refund or exchange.
In addition to this, each product has a warranty which covers manufacturing defects for extended periods of time (as stated in the product description).
Incorrect Goods
