Caldo – stylish, intuitive heating

The Caldo WIFI electric panel heater is a smart and efficient way to heat your home. Fitted with the latest technology including timer, digital thermostat, WIFI connectivity and smart speaker integration. Giving you more control over your heating and making your home smarter. This makes the heater fully compliant with Eco design Lot20 regulations.

With inbuilt WIFI connectivity, the heater communicates directly to your WIFI router. No additional parts need to be purchased or installed.

The radiator’s flat front panel creates a slimline wall projection and modern appearance. Which makes the Caldo perfect for homes, offices and conservatories. Available in power outputs including 500W, 750W, 1000W, 1500W, 2000W & 2500W, the Caldo is suitable for small, medium and large room sizes.

This heater is supplied with a wall mounting kit.  For portable use, leg brackets are available to buy separately.

IQ App

In the past, no matter what type of heating you’ve had, its likely its been difficult to set up and programme. However, this this is not a problem with the Caldo with the intuitive App control.

The Caldo is compatible with the Smart life and Solaire Quartz App. Using either App, you can control your heating from anywhere in the world over the internet. With the App, tasks which were previously difficult, such as setting the weekly timer, much easier. Making it simple and fast to set up your heating.

Normal heating systems waste energy heating the whole home, when you may only want to heat one section. However with the Caldo you can select which rooms are heated. Reducing wasted energy.

The heater connects to your home’s WiFi router. (Phone needed to initially pair the devices). So as long as the WiFi stays on, you’ll be able to control your heating with the App from anywhere in the world.

Smart Control

The Caldo is also compatible with the Smart life App, letting you control the heater alongside other smart life devices.

With the Smart life App, you can integrate the heater with your Google Home or Amazon Alexa. Providing feature’s such as voice control. You can simply say phrases such as “turn heating on” and “set heater to 20 degrees”. This allows you to control the heating without lifting a finger.

Offline Operation

The Caldo has a control panel where you can use the heater without WiFi, providing backup if the WiFi goes offline.

From the control panel, you can select boost mode for either 1 or 2 hours. When the boost is activated, the heater will enter comfort mode. while in boost mode, the heater’s thermostat can be set between 5 and 30 degrees. After the boost has ended, the heater will revert to Eco mode.

By default is in ECO mode is locked to 15 degrees. This means that the heater remains efficient without the WiFi connection, by preventing wasted energy caused by leaving the heater on. If you connect the heater to WiFI, you can override his setting.

Comfort and Efficiency

Fully ERP LOT 20 and SAP 10.1 compliant, the Caldo meets the latest energy efficiency requirements.

The heater’s electronic thermostat precisely records the room’s air temperature. Maintaining the set temperature and adding more heat when required, to ensure maximum comfort. Using Oil free heating technology, the heater has an X-fin heating element. Which uses natural convection to ensure a fast warm up time.

The simple bracket system and lightweight body make our electric panel heaters a handy alternative to central heating radiators. You’ll have the heater installed in no time. Simply wall mount, plug in and enjoy.

ALL SHIPMENTS

Shipments require a POD (proof of delivery). Someone must be at the delivery address to receive the parcel. Otherwise, the courier must be notified in advance to leave the parcel safe. Couriers will use their discretion in regards to leaving parcels safe. Couriers may also attempt delivery to a neighbours if nobody is at the delivery address.

Delivery tracking information will be sent via text or email with the information provided on the order.

Once dispatched we are unable to redirect the package to a different address and is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate with the courier.

Please don’t Book a Plumber or Electrician until your products have arrived and are checked. 

FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UK)

UK Mainland orders are shipped on a next working day delivery service†.

Orders placed before 12 (noon) will be dispatched the same day*. Orders placed after will be dispatched the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. Delivery is not available on these days. 

Tracking and delivery information will be sent after the order is dispatched.

On the delivery day, the courier will provide a 2 hour window for when they expect to deliver the order.

Normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5:00pm GMT – Shipping is not available outside of these hours.

Refund Policy

Unhappy with your order? That’s not a problem. Post the item back and refund. 

Unless faulty, the item must be returned within 30 days of receiving delivery. The item must be: in the original condition, undamaged and unused. Otherwise it will not be eligible for a refund.

Outside of the 30 period we offer a 60 day period where the item can be credited or exchanged for another item. (As long as the item remains in its original condition.)

If you wish to cancel your order prior to delivery. We recommend contacting us via email or phone call. Please reference your order number and postcode.

If possible, please contact us prior to dispatch.

How To Return an Item

  • The return form will be on the back of your paper invoice. It can also be downloaded from the following link: returns form
  • Complete the form in full, this will speed up the refund process. 
  • Post the item back to our warehouse. Our address is included at the bottom of this page.
  • The return postage is paid for by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service. As we may require a proof of delivery with the name of the person who signed for the return. This helps in case the item is delivered to the wrong address. 
  • Once returned, we’ll refund the account that originally paid for the order. This may take up to 14 days of the item being received at our warehouse.
  • We will notify you when we have refunded your account.

Damages

If parcel arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery.

If the item is damaged contact us on 01325717899 or email info@solairehp.co.uk explaining the situation. We will ask for photo’s of the damage to be emailled. 

Damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for return.  This is due to the courier insurance requirements. 

The item(s)will then be collected by us for inspection and refund / exchange in accordance with your requirements.

Faulty Goods

You have the right to return any faulty goods within 30 days of purchase.

We will collect the goods and issue a refund or exchange.

 In addition to this, each product has a warranty which covers manufacturing defects for extended periods of time (as stated in the product description).
