These package-free soap bars are lovingly handmade in the UK using natural plant-based ingredients, without any plastic, palm oil, or harmful chemicals such as SLS and parabens. You can rest assured that these handmade soap bars are great for both your skin and the planet,.
The soothing, woody aroma of cedarwood is one of our favourite scents. These carefully formulated bars are packed full of steam-distilled cedarwood essential oils, which doesn’t only smell incredible but also has anti-inflammatory, antifungal and antibacterial properties.

Be sure to store your bars in a cool dry environment.
To extend the lifespan of your bars even further, allow them to dry in between uses. We recommend a soap saver or soap rack to help with this.

If contact with eyes occurs, rinse with water immediately.

Standard Shipping
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for UK orders under 2kg, which should take around 3-5 working days. Prices are calculated at the checkout.

You can return your purchase (or part of it) for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving it, by simply sending the item (s) back to us at the address included on your dispatch note or please just contact us on

Costs
We’re only able to cover postage costs for incorrect, mis-described or faulty items, which you can return to us free of charge by emailing us at info@friendlysoap.co.uk or calling us on

Please make sure you get a receipt or proof of postage when you return an item to us, as we can’t be held responsible for items that don’t reach us.
You’ll need to return any items you don’t want in a fully resalable condition, which means unused and preferably in the original packaging too. Friendly Soap reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable, but this doesn’t affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.
If you return your entire order to us for a refund (or let us know by phone or email that you’re planning to return it within 14 days of receiving it), then we’ll also refund any initial postage and packing charges. If you opted for Express Delivery, we can only refund the cost of standard postage and packing.

Warranty
We have a 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please create a ticket here. Once we receive your request, we will review it and provide you with further instructions.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Warranty Information
Our warranty type is: no_warranty.
This warranty covers your purchase for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
