Shipping Policy

We currently offer either a two-man assisted or a networked delivery service using a pallet drop at the front of your property. Dedicated 2-man home delivery is up to 7 to 10 working days, and Express home delivery is up to 3 working days. Please note that during peak season this time frame may be exceeded, although we will try our best to get the item/s ordered to you as soon as possible. You will be contacted via email and notified of the specified delivery day for your order, as well as who your specified courier is. Our dedicated home delivery offers sms notifications on the day of delivery too. Tracking can be provided for express home delivery. Please note that for structures 12ft x 16ft and over, it is a front of house drop delivery only.

Refund Policy

If you are not entirely happy with your product then we offer a hassle free returns policy. Simply inform us within 14 days, of your intention to return the product(s), and send them back to us within 30 days in unused condition in the original packaging. The cost of the return is to be covered by the purchaser. We can provide a quote using one of our verified couriers, or you are welcome to source and use your own courier. Please note that any courier you select is expected to be able to provide tracking and insurance for the goods.
