Refund Policy

Goods must be sealed in original condition, unopened.

Return & Warranty Policy

Fragrance & Cosmetics  - For health and safety reasons we do not accept back fragrances that have been opened from their cellophane, all goods must be returned in there original condition.

All other goods will be as per the manufactures warranty

Warranty Period: 7 days

Accepted Return Reasons:

• Item has not been received
• Item did not meet my expectation
• I received an item that does not match its description
• I received an incorrect item
• I received a damaged item
• I received a defective item
