Refund Policy

Returns must be requested in writing within 30 days of receipt of the goods. The costs of returning unwanted goods are for the buyers account. Upon request, BIC can assist in arranging the return, the cost of which will be deducted from the refund. Goods must be fully wrapped such that no metal is showing and our address clearly displayed. Any out-bound carriage cost is non-refundable. Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition. Return & Warranty Policy

BIC requests that you contact our sales team in writing via to discuss any issues that you may have with your order prior to raising a case with VegaVend. BIC strives to resolve any issues to ensure a satisfied end customer. BIC is happy to accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date as long as the goods are unused, fully wrapped and in a saleable condition.
