It is very important that you check your parcel before signing for it from our couriers.
If the packaging is damaged then ensure you refuse delivery of your parcel and contact Cardea Solutions.
What do I do if my item is damaged?
If an item is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery to qualify for a refund.
If the item is damaged in transit or is incorrectly supplied, we will collect and replace the item at no further cost.

We operate a 30 days returns policy. If you need to return an item, please contact us.
