Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:
🛍️ Standard Returns
You can notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Once you've let us know, you’ll have another 14 days to return the item to us.
All returns must be in unused condition and include original packaging where possible.
If there’s a problem with your item, please call us on 0151 548 5500 – we may be able to resolve the issue without the need for a return.
🛠️ Warranty Returns
All our products come with a return-to-base warranty.
If you'd like to make a warranty claim, please get in touch first – we’ll always try to resolve the issue remotely where possible.
Please note: return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed faulty on arrival.
Be sure to include your order number, contact details, and a brief note explaining the issue when returning your item.

STANDARD RETURNS POLICY
You can indicate your intent to return within 14 days of receiving your product. You have a further 14 days after indicating your intent to return to then return your products.
In the unlikely event there is a problem with a product please contact us on 0151 548 5500 and we will try our best to help resolve the problem over the phone.
WARRANTY RETURNS
If you wish to claim a product/part under warranty, please contact us so we can try help resolve your issue without the need to return the product/part back to us.
Please note our product(s) carry a 'return to base' warranty, meaning you are in charge of the return postage costs.
When returning a product/part, make sure to include your order details, contact details and reason for return in the packaging. Our returns address is:
