Refund Policy

We offer refund within 14 days of receiving the goods. Cost of return postage will be at your charge.

For any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery, a restocking fee of 30% will apply.

For a return to be accepted, the item must be in its original, undamaged packaging and include all original parts.

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days.

Return & Warranty Policy

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right the cancel your order for any item purchased at any time before the goods are despatched, or within 14 days of receiving the goods. Cost of return postage will be at your charge and you must take good care of the goods while in your possession. This does not affect your statutory right as a customer.
If you wish to cancel your order later than the 14 days following receipt of your goods, you will have to provide us with a reason and there will be a restocking fee of 30%. You will be able to return any items using your own courier or alternatively we can offer a collection and return service. The transport cost for the return will be quoted on request and will be at your charge.
We will refund your payment within 14 days of the goods being returned.
