Refund Policy

All items come with a one year warranty against manufacturing faults but not wear and tear through incorrect use. You are also welcome to return any stock item within a month of your purchase for any reason for a full refund as long as the item is in as new condition and has not been used (or shows signs of use). In the case of reporting a faulty item you do need to contact us first before returning an the item for refund or replacement. We will need to see the item before it can be replaced or refunded.
