Returns
Change of mind: We will accept this within 7 days only if informed us prior. Need to post us using your postage.
Faulty: In case fault with product or such issue we can take case by case. please message us.

Return & Warranty Policy

Royal Mail:

We normally use Royal Mail for deliveries, please have a look on following points.

• Royal mail doesn't deliver or collect on public holidays.
• There can be delay in parcel delivery, if there is a festival time like Christmas or Easter.
• Also note that although we dispatch within 24 hours, we cant take responsibility for bank or public or seasonal delay holidays. 

• We may use other carrier for large or heavy items. In eather case dispatch time remians about 48hrs.

Dispatch:

• Orders which are received on or before 9:00 am, and paid in full on portal, will be dispatched on same day. (Weekdays only - Saturday & Sunday no dispatch).
• We also cant guarantee for orders which are received after 9:00 am on Friday, they may get dispatched on following Monday.
• We do not take responsibility of an email regarding dispatch information of your order, which must be sent by Vegavend itself.

Missing Items:

Your parcel can get lost in post by any of the courier.

• If you haven't received your item within time frame, we request you to check with your postman, neighbour or in shed or porch in your house in the bin or behind the bin, sometimes postman leaves parcels in such places.
• If you cant find your parcel at any of the places above, please do not hesitate to contact us, also take a note that royal mail can take claims for 28 days, and Hermes can take only for 14 days.

Damaged Items:

 It can be happened that you may receive damaged item in the parcel.

• We check all the items before we pack them, still some of our customers receive damage item when delivered.
• In this kind of cases, we have to follow Vegavend policies and our managers instructions, which as simple as follows:
• Customer should have a picture of a received item, which can clearly show damaged part of the item.
• Customer should send us those images by attaching them in the message to us.
• Please take a note that all of the above must happen within 14 days of dispatch, after 14 days we wont be responsible for any damaged item.

Return Policy:

 We want our customers to be satisfied every time they contact us.

• If any of the customers want to return us the item, it can only happen within 28 days after the dispatch date.
• While using Vegavend return, please fill up Notes box with all details and the reason.
• All items must be return unused, in original condition and packaging.
• Return postage payment will depend on items condition and days after the dispatch date.
• If item will be damaged or dented in return, we will not issue refund or partial refund will be paid.
• We don't take return from the customers outside the United Kingdom.
• No refund will be made if the item is not meet customers expectation or customer do not like
