Refund Policy

The Greenhouse Pro Limited – Refund Policy We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle refunds. 1. Standard (Non-Custom) Orders Accessories and off-the-shelf items may be cancelled within 14 days of order for a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you may return the goods within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A 10% restocking fee may apply. 2. Custom / Bespoke Orders Greenhouses and other made-to-measure products are non-refundable once production has begun. If cancellation is possible, any costs already incurred (materials, labour, manufacturer charges) will be deducted from your refund. 3. Services (Delivery, Installation, Repairs) Deposits for services secure your booking and are generally non-refundable once work is scheduled. If we cannot complete the service due to factors outside our control (e.g. unsafe foundations, restricted access), we reserve the right to charge a reasonable call-out fee or retain part/all of the deposit to cover costs. 4. Faulty or Damaged Goods If goods arrive faulty or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the manufacturer to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with their warranty. 5. How to Request a Refund Please call us first to discuss your situation, we’ll do our best to help. If a return is agreed, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the item(s) back. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once items are received and inspected, or once the manufacturer confirms acceptance.
