If you are not completely satisfied with your Seller subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for obtaining a refund.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be made within 30 calendar days from the date of subscription purchase.
  • The subscription must have been purchased directly through VegaVend using an eligible payment method.
  • The subscription must not have been used in a manner that violates VegaVend’s terms of service or policies.

Exclusions

The following scenarios are excluded from the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

  • Subscriptions purchased through third-party vendors or resellers.
  • Requests made after the 30-day period has expired.
  • Any fraudulent or abusive behaviour detected in the use of the subscription.

Refund Process

  1. Initiate a Refund Request:
    • Contact VegaVend Customer Support via email or through your account dashboard.
    • Provide your subscription details and the reason for the refund request.
  2. Review and Response:
    • VegaVend will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
    • If additional information is needed, you will be contacted by our support team.
  3. Refund Approval:
    • Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Conditions and Limitations

  • Duplicate Claims: Refund requests for the same subscription cannot be made through multiple resolution methods. If a chargeback or another buyer protection claim is filed, the Money-Back Guarantee claim will be voided.
  • Fraudulent Claims: Any attempt to make fraudulent claims will result in the suspension of the Money-Back Guarantee and potential account suspension.
  • Final Decision: VegaVend reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests, including appeals.
