ASS MAGIC Chamois Cream is the finest anti-chafe cream for your nether regions. ASS MAGIC has been formulated and field tested by industry leading experts and athletes, so that your sporting activities are done in comfort.

A secret blend of essential oils ensures that ASS MAGIC promotes personal hygiene. The cream also has superior anti chafing protection through the use of Lanolin and Synthetic Beeswax. Whilst originally developed for cyclists, ASS MAGIC can be used by any sports man or woman as an anti-chafe cream.

HOW TO USE: ASS MAGIC can be applied directly to your skin or the the chamois of your cycling shorts. When applying to your skin, make sure you don’t double dip! Using a clean hand, scoop enough chamois cream, anywhere from 5 to 10ml a ride and apply to your ASS on the areas in which you will have contact with the saddle.

TOP TIPS: As mentioned you can also apply to the chamois of your cycling shorts, again be sure to apply on the area which is in contact with your saddle.

You can also apply ASS MAGIC anywhere else where you may have experienced chafe before.

It is recommended that cyclists change out of their cycling shorts as soon as possible after riding and shower. This will help reduce the risk of saddle sores and infection.

 

Still not comfortable on your rides? It’s worth having a look at your saddle, bike setup and or cycling shorts. When testing either of these potential solutions, be sure to test one solution at a time so you can figure out which it is that is causing the problem.

Please accept our apologies for this but all the couriers apply surcharges for remote UK and the Islands. This includes: IM – Isle Of Man, BT – Belfast & Northern Ireland, IV – Inverness, PH – Inverness, PA – Renfrewshire, KY – Kirkcaldy, KW – Orkney Isles, HS – Isle Of Lewis, ZE – Shetland, PO – Isle of Wight.

For these postcodes we use Royal Mail service unless otherwise agreed based on required timings. Deliveries over 2Kg to the above postcodes may incur further postal charges but we will contact you before processing your order.

Packages are generally dispatched within one working days after receipt of payment.

Combined Postage

If you are buying more than one item please place them in the same basket. Postage costs can then be combined.

Refund Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with an item and it is unused and the component has been unfitted you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase. Once we have received it will issue you with a full refund or exchange for a different product.

Please contact us if you want to make a return and we will provide you with the details you require. Once we have received and processed your return we will send you an email to let you know. Refunds will be made back to the original payment method and exchanges will be processed and posted to you.

How to package returns

Please use the original packaging to return your order. If the product is returned in its original packaging, including labels, we will be able to process your return much quicker.

Condition of returns

Returned goods should be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached. Please ensure you do not affix labels or tape to the product packaging, only the external shipping packaging. Alison’s Biciclette is entitled to refuse the return or deduct from a refund any diminution of value as a result of the product not being in the above condition. A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.

Exchanges

We are more than happy to offer an exchange wherever possible. However please note the following when requesting and exchange:

  • If you opt for anexchange it doesn’t reserve stock. If you request an exchange and the product becomes out of stock while your item is on its way back to us we will process a refund back to your original payment method.
  • If you require a replacement item in advance you’ll need to place a new order for the required item and opt for a refund when creating your return order.
  • If a product is nearly out of stock and you want anexchange we would recommend placing a new order for the required item and opting for a refund as we cannot reserve stock.
  • If you want to exchange a gift bought foryou we will need some proof of purchase from us. We can then offer a like-for-like exchange or a gift voucher refund.

Faulty item returns

If your item is faulty please do not dismantle or attempt a repair as this will invalidate any warranty and we will consider that you have accepted the goods as is. Items sent back to us will undergo an inspection and it may be necessary to send the item away to the manufacturer to confirm the fault. Once we have received your item back we will inform you how we need to proceed.
