Search Press Limited will either offer a full refund or replace the faulty or damaged items. Please open all packages with care and keep the packaging in case goods need to be returned. Should goods be returned to us not in the state that you received them, then we will not be able to offer a full refund.
We will not be able to offer a refund if you have not contacted Search Press Limited prior to despatching your goods back to us.
