DELIVERY INFORMATION Standard Delivery Times on most items is normally 7-12 working days. If delivery is expected to take longer we will advise the customer. Where possible we do will try to ship sooner than 7-12 days. If delivery is required sooner or on a particular delivery date than please be in touch to discuss your requirements We have a huge range of products that we can offer on a express delivery service for an additional £8. Delivery time is normally 24-48 hours. Please see individual product details for information on delivery times options Postage is Free to UK destinations. There are exceptions to various destinations which are listed below * Free delivery does not apply in general to the Scottish Western Isles, Shetland Islands, Aberdeenshire, Northern Ireland, Eire, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Guernsey and Jersey. An additional delivery fee may be charged to other locations. Refund Policy
REFUNDS and RETURNS Customers have the unconditional right to cancel their orders within 14 working days of receiving their goods. The customer should take reasonable care of the goods whilst in possession of them. If a customer does not like the product we will take it back and offer a refund or offer an alternative as long as it is returned in it’s original packaging unused and not assembled. The customer is responsible for the full return carriage costs. The refund will be made within 30 days of this cancellation. If a good is received faulty and needs to be returned then you must inform us within 3 days of delivery. If more than 3 days have elapsed we will use our discretion as to whether to replace a faulty item. Claims will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated. Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited. Similarly any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited. Please note that we offer a no returns policy on trade orders unless faulty Please note if a customer orders the wrong size of furniture we will replace the item or offer a refund but we may charge a 10% restocking fee + delivery costs. Please measure up your furniture requirements before ordering. Our sales staff will be happy to assist you
