This mould produces 6 ribbed caterpillars 30mm long. We offer our Plastisol range of solutions in 1lt and 5lt containers. We also have our “XDR” range which gives the lures extra protection from tearing plus more stretch.

This mould produces 6 ribbed caterpillars 30mm long. We offer our Plastisol range of solutions in 1lt and 5lt containers. We also have our “XDR” range which gives the lures extra protection from tearing plus more stretch.
With this mould a injector will be required to ensure all the ribbings are full. Using our twin injector system allows multi coloured production, because our latest plastic production moulds have a Plexiglass sheet on the back side.
As well as making the mould lighter this also enables you to see how your caterpillars will look when completed, you can obviously increase or decrease one of the colours in the injectors to give you the exact balance of colouring, you can also ensure that the solution is filling the entire mould.
