Pilot Namiki IC-100 Fountain Pen Ink Cartridge Refills
Pilot Namiki ink cartridges are available in three ink colours (Black, Blue, Blue-Black) and are compatible with the following Pilot fine writing pens:
- Capless
- Custom 74
- Heritage 92
- Falcon
- Silver
- Prera
Also compatible with the Pilot Parallel Pen.

Shipping Policy
We ship all orders the same working day, once payment has cleared, if purchased before 4pm, Monday - Friday.
Orders received after 4pm will be sent the following working day.
Orders placed over the weekend and bank holidays will be sent out on the next working day.
Refund Policy
Items must be returned to us within 60 days of receipt of purchase to be eligible for an exchange/refund.
The item must still be re-saleable (as received e.g. in the original box/packaging) and returned with proof of purchase.
For exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Should you receive a damaged or incorrectly dispatched item, please inform us within 7 days of receipt of your order so that the customer service team can help resolve any issues.

If you have more than one item on your order, please bear in mind that products may be sent out from multiple locations and so arrive separately. However, if this is not the case and you have not received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you, please contact our Customer Services team on info@morgans-direct.co.uk quoting your order number.
