Shipping & handling throughout United Kingdom mainland – FLAT RATE £4.50 including VAT or note special conditions as detailed below. All shipping via courier or postal service. Customers are welcome to arrange pick up or shipping and delivery, by their own selected courier. Associated costs, insurance, and delivery period will then be the responsibility of the customer. Pick up address is Unit 5, Eden Way, Leighton Buzzard Beds LU7 4TZ . Please call us on 01525 374 526 to arrange time for pick up so goods can be made ready. MASTERSHELF DOES NOT GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY THE FIXING BY A THIRD PARTY OF ANY OF ITS SHELVING BRACKETS OR SHELVING KITS WHICH ARE FIXED TO ANY WALL OR SUBSTRATE, OR FIXED USING INCORRECT HARDWARE OR FIXED OR FITTED BY UNLICENSED TRADESMEN. IF IN DOUBT CONSULT A QUALIFIED TRADESMAN, OR CONTACT MASTERSHELF. Return freight/handling costs/insurance are the customers responsibility, or at the discretion of Mastershelf. All goods must be returned unused, in original as new, undamaged packaging and within 30 days of receipt.

All returns must be unused and in their original condition (including all original protective packaging.).
Products cannot be replaced or returned for a credit once they have been installed or assembled.
You must complete your return within 30 days of the date of your order and you are responsible for arranging the return and all related costs.
The only products that cannot be returned are products marked ‘Clearance’ or ‘Seconds’.
The original shipping costs to you are not refunded. Handling/restocking costs of 40% will apply to large orders.
