Shipping Policy
We aim to despatch the day after receipt of order and delivery takes up to 4 working days. You are responsible for all details and we cannot be held liable for any delivery issues that arise out of incorrect information that you have provided. Please note that failed deliveries that occur because of incorrect information given may incur charges. We currently do not ship items outside of the UK.
Refund Policy
Our Returns Policy - If for any reason you are unhappy with your item you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that you include your original shipping note inside the returned parcel. If the shipping note is lost then use your order number as a return reference number. The conditions of the return are listed below. 1) The items must be in the original packaging and in a suitable condition for resale. 2) They may not have used or damaged by you in any way. 3) Goods must be returned within 30 days after the return has been authorised. 4) Return postage is at your own cost and risk. 5. Once the item has been returned to us, we will refund the item price back to you via the original payment method. Please note the shipping charge and return postage cost will not be refunded. If the above conditions are not met, your return may be rejected and returned to you at your own cost. Damaged/Incorrect item We pride ourselves in the quality of our items that we sell and we are sure you will too. On the rare occasion of receiving a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us and we will assist in resolving your issue. Please note you have up to 30 days to report a faulty or incorrect item to us. Please inspect the item prior to use and contact us if the item is faulty or incorrect. If an incorrect item has not been checked until after it has been washed or used the return may not be accepted. The incorrect item must be unused and in a suitable condition for resale. If the item develops a fault after use please note you have 30 days from delivery to report the fault to us so we can resolve the issue for you. We may require images of the fault to resolve your issue as quickly as possible. We will send a pre-paid label to return the faulty or incorrect items from you and once they have been returned we will refund or replace your items. Need to cancel? You may cancel your order prior to dispatch. You can request cancellation via telephone or by email. If the item has already been dispatched, you have the right to refuse delivery so it is returned at no cost to you. If the item is successfully delivered then the return is at your own cost.

Bentley Priory Linens warrants that on delivery, the Goods shall:
1.1.1Â Â Â Â Â Â Â conform with their description and any applicable Specification;
1.1.2Â Â Â Â Â Â Â be free from material defects in design, material and workmanship; and
1.1.3Â Â Â Â Â Â Â be of satisfactory quality (within the meaning of the Sale of Goods Act 1979); and
1.1.4Â Â Â Â Â Â Â be fit for any purpose held out by Bentley Priory Linens.
1.2Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Subject to clause 1.3, if:
1.2.1 Â Â Â Â Â Â Â the Customer gives notice in writing to Bentley Priory Linens during the warranty period within a reasonable time of discovery that some or all of the Goods do not comply with the warranty set out in clause 1.1;
1.2.2Â Â Â Â Bentley Priory Linens is given a reasonable opportunity of examining such Goods; and
1.2.3       the Customer (if asked to do so by Bentley Priory Linens) returns such Goods to Bentley Priory Linens place of business at the Customer’s cost,
Bentley Priory Linens shall, at its option, repair or replace the defective Goods, or refund the price of the defective Goods in full.
1.3      Bentley Priory Linens shall not be liable for Goods’ failure to comply with the warranty set out in clause 1.1 in any of the following events:
1.3.1Â Â Â Â Â Â Â the Customer makes any further use of such Goods after giving notice in accordance with clause 1.2;
1.3.2Â Â Â Â Â Â Â the defect arises because the Customer failed to follow Bentley Priory Linens oral or written instructions as to the storage, use and maintenance of the Goods or (if there are none) good trade practice regarding the same;
1.3.3Â Â Â Â Â Â Â the defect arises as a result of Bentley Priory Linens following any drawing, design or Specification supplied by the Customer;
1.3.4Â Â Â Â Â Â Â the Customer alters or repairs such Goods without the written consent of Bentley Priory Linens;
1.3.5Â Â Â Â Â Â Â the defect arises as a result of fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, or abnormal storage or working conditions; or
1.3.6Â Â Â Â Â Â Â the Goods differ from their description the Specification as a result of changes made to ensure they comply with applicable statutory or regulatory requirements.
1.4            Except as provided in this clause 1, Bentley Priory Linens shall have no liability to the Customer in respect of the Goods’ failure to comply with the warranty set out in clause 1.1.
1.5Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The terms implied by sections 13 to 15 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded from the Contract.
1.6Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â These Conditions shall apply to any repaired or replacement Goods supplied by Bentley Priory Linens.
