Upon request, BIC can assist in arranging the return, the cost of which will be deducted from the refund. Goods must be fully wrapped such that no metal is showing and our address clearly displayed. Any out-bound carriage cost is non-refundable. Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition. Return Address: Burbage Iron Craft Returns, c/o Cannock Gates, Unit 16 Mill Park, Hawks Green Ind Estate, Cannock, WS11 7XT. Builders must only be booked after receipt of the goods. BIC does not offer compensation for your builder costs, should the goods be delivered late or damaged and the builder has to be re-booked. MEASURING All listed metal gate and fencing width sizes refer to the total POST to POST opening (GAP) and not the physical width of the gate, fence or railing; we have already allowed for the required hinge and latch gaps.  The gate will be physically smaller than the listed gap size. Wooden gates are actual physical width. FITTINGS PACKS Unless specified, all metal gates, fence and railings are supplied with a fittings pack to fix to timber, brickwork or metal posts. Screws, wall plugs and rawl bolts are not included in fitting packs. Nuts & bolts must be painted after fitting to prevent onset of rust. Moving parts will need to be regularly painted. Wooden gates require fittings to be purchased separately. PRICING, IMAGES & SPECIFICATIONS Prices and Product Specifications are subject to change without prior notice. You will be informed of any price discrepancies at the time of your ordering. While every effort has been made to portray the product and produce an accurate brochure, BIC reserves the right to amend any errors found after publication. Physical products manufactured may differ from the images in the brochure due to the design changing as the width changes. WOODEN GATES TREATMENT Timber gates are pressure treated with Tanalith-E, a general purpose wood preserver to help extend the life of the timber. This treatment is not a 100% rot prevention guarantee and it remains the end customer’s responsibility to regularly inspected and treat as required to prevent the onset of rot. Wood rot is not considered a manufacturing fault and as such does not constitute a warranty claim. METAL PRODUCT ELECTRO GALVANISED & POWDER COATED FINISH The metal gates and fencing all have an electro galvanised and black powder coated finish. This is designed to provide added corrosion resistance. The coating is however not a 100% rust prevention guarantee. It is still the end customers responsibility to periodically paint / touch up any damage to the powder coating finish. Rusting is not considered a manufacturing fault and as such does not constitute a warranty claim.
