We offer a 90 day return policy. The item must be returned unused* and in its original undamaged packaging. Return Shipping is normally** Free of Charge. In most cases we will send you a pre-paid pre-addressed return shipping label from the same carrier who delivered your order. *If you wish to return a no fault appliance that has been used, we will refund up to 50% of the item’s cost. **Please do not leave a damaging review without giving us the opportunity to rectify any issues you may have. Please Note: We sell and deliver only in the UK. We will not be responsible for any item purchased and shipped outside the UK by a 3rd party. For defective products, please request a return to arrange an exchange or refund within 6 months of purchase.
