Installation

1. Download the Plugin: Download the VegaVend Merchant Connector plugin from the WordPress repository or from the link below.
2. Upload the Plugin:
   
   • Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
   • Navigate to Plugins > Add New.
   • Click the Upload Plugin button and choose the downloaded ZIP file.
   • Click Install Now and then Activate Plugin once the installation is complete.
3. Configure the Plugin:
   
   • After activation, a new menu item “VegaVend” will appear in your WordPress admin sidebar.
   • Click on “VegaVend” and follow the on-screen instructions to connect your VegaVend.com account and configure the plugin settings.
4. Map Product Categories:
   
   • Navigate to Products> Categories and select the Category you would like to Edit.
   • Map your WooCommerce product categories to the corresponding VegaVend categories to ensure accurate product classification.
5. Add GTINs to Products:
   
   • Edit your WooCommerce products to add GTINs (EAN, UPC, ISBN) in the designated fields.
   • Ensure each product has the correct GTIN to comply with VegaVend’s requirements.
6. Sync Products:
   
   • Once connected and configured, the plugin will automatically sync your product data from WooCommerce to VegaVend.
   • Customise the synchronisation settings as needed, such as enabling or disabling certain attributes, pricing, or configuring product layouts.
