Use this page to learn about the VegaVend International Store refund policy, including how your refund will be issued and applicable processing times.
How refunds are issued
Most refunds are issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
The following are the refund timelines associated with each payment method:

In cases where the original payment method is a credit card, we may process a refund via Gift Card balance upon your request, or if the refund cannot be made to the credit or debit card used for payment.
You can check the status of your refund in Your Account on the RMA’s summary page. If your refund is not showing as refunded in Your Account, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, contact us for further assistance.
Note:
- Refunds to VegaVend Gift Cards will be in Pounds even for VegaVend Global orders. VegaVend gift card balance is denominated in the United Kingdom Pound and must not exceed £1,000 at any time. Customers should select an alternate refund option if refunding to a gift card would cause their gift card balance to exceed £1,000.
- PayNow is not available as a payment or refund method for VegaVend International Store orders being delivered to locations outside the United Kingdom via VegaVend Global.
