As a valued vendor partner of VegaVend, it’s important to understand our accepted payment methods for disbursing your earnings. We strive to provide secure, efficient, and convenient options for our vendors to receive payments.
Stripe Express
Our primary method for vendor payouts is Stripe Express. This service offers:
- Quick and easy account setup
- Fast payouts directly to your bank account
- Real-time tracking of your earnings
- Secure handling of your financial information
- Additional payment options: Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link
To get started with Stripe Express, you’ll need to create an account and link your bank details. Our team will guide you through this process during on-boarding.
Standard Stripe Accounts
For vendors who already have a Stripe account or prefer more control over their payment settings, we also support standard Stripe accounts. This option allows for:
- Integration with existing Stripe-based business operations
- More detailed financial reporting
- Access to additional Stripe features and services
Bank Transfers
In certain circumstances, we may accommodate direct bank transfers. This method is typically reserved for:
- Vendors in regions not supported by Stripe
- High-volume vendors with special arrangements
- Situations where other payment methods are not feasible
If you believe you qualify for bank transfer payments, please contact our vendor support team to discuss your options.
Setting Up Your Payment Method
- During the vendor on-boarding process, you’ll be prompted to choose your preferred payment method.
- For Stripe Express or standard Stripe accounts, you’ll need to complete the Stripe verification process.
- For bank transfers, you’ll need to provide your bank account details and may need to complete additional verification steps.
Security and Compliance
VegaVend prioritises the security of all financial transactions. By utilising Stripe’s services, we ensure that all payment processes adhere to strict security standards, including PCI DSS compliance.
Payment Schedule
Payments are typically processed automatically or on a monthly basis, depending on your agreement with VegaVend. You can view your payment schedule and history in your vendor dashboard.
In your Vendor dashboard you can choose one of the 2 ways to receive your funds from VegaVend. For Affiliate’s you have the option of PayPal
