Invisible Ink Pens

VegaVend’s policies require that certain invisible ink pens sold through the VegaVend website meet specified certification standards. In order to sell these products on VegaVend, you must apply by submitting the following to catapproval@vegavend.com:

1. Company name
2. Seller/Vendor ID
3. Email address
4. Phone number
5. The EU VegaVend websites (country sites, for example, .co.uk, .de etc.) where you are listing invisible ink pen VSINs
6. List of invisible ink pen VSINs you are applying to sell
7. For each invisible ink pen VSIN you wish to list, provide product images showing:
   • Product name or model number
   • CE marking
   • Name and address of manufacturer or EU based importer in case the manufacturer is based outside of the EU
   • Warning that the toy is not suitable for children under three years of age
8. Note: Any written warning needs to be in the language of the intended country of sale.
9. EC Declaration of conformity, which can be obtained from the brand owner or official importer of the products in EU.
10. Test report from a certified laboratory to prove compliance with EN 71-1 and EN 71-3. This can be also obtained from the brand owner or official importer in EU.
