Categories and products that require approval

We want customers to be able to shop with confidence on VegaVend. For certain products, brands, categories and sub-categories, VegaVend requires you to obtain approval before listing products for sale. The approval process may include document requests, performance checks and other qualifications.

Apply to list existing products that require approval

To apply to list a product that requires approval that already exists in VegaVend’s catalogue, follow these steps:

Sign in to Vendor Dashboard.
Go to Catalogue and then select Add products.
Search for the item that you want to sell.
In the search results, click on Show limitations next to the relevant item.
Click on Apply to sell to begin the application process.

Apply to list new products in categories that require approval

To add a new product to VegaVend’s catalogue in one of the categories with restrictions listed below, follow the link to the application and submit the required information related to your product.

Note: Additional listing limitations may apply for certain products, at either the VSIN, brand or the sub-category level. When you attempt to list products with additional requirements, Listing limitations apply will be available next to the product.

Even if selling in a category that does not require approval from VegaVend, selling certain products may require approval. To submit a request to sell, VegaVend’s policies require that certain products sold via VegaVend meet specified certification standards.
