Why can’t I view some pages on my Vendor Dashboard?

The rights and approval associated with your account determine which pages you can view on Vendor Dashboard. Rights and permissions for your account change based on things like if you have an Basic or Business selling plan or if you use VegaVend services such as Fulfilment by VegaVend (FBV).

By default, the user who registers a new Vendor Dashboard account has access to every page and feature. This user, the primary account administrator, can use the Staff Permissions feature in Vendor Dashboard to grant other users access to their Vendor Dashboard account and control which features they can see.

Currently, only Business and FBV Vendors have access to the User Permissions feature. Individual Vendors without FBV will not have access to User Permissions.

If you are unable to access a Vendor Dashboard feature or help topic because you do not have the necessary rights and permissions, ask your primary account administrator to give you access.
