To ensure a consistent experience for buyers, VegaVend requires Vendors to have return policies that are at least as favourable as the VegaVend return policies.

No matter if you fulfil products through our fulfilment centre or if you fulfil them yourself, you must adhere to VegaVend’s published return policy, under the VegaVend Vendor Solutions Agreement. Vendors are required to issue a full refund of the item, original shipping costs, and the return costs on claims related to:
- Damages
- Defects
- Materially different
To help provide the best experience for buyers, the return information on your Warranty Policy tab clarifies that buyers may return products to you in accordance with the VegaVend return policies. The return information directs buyers to the VegaVend return policies and gives buyers the ability to contact you for information about any more favourable policies that may apply.
Note: This policy applies to all customers, including VegaVend Vendor customers.
