VegaVend wants to ensure that products offered through VegaVend are safe (that is, there is no risk that they will cause death, personal injury or damage to property). Listings for any products recalled by the manufacturer or by a government agency are prohibited. VegaVend also reserves the right to take into account recalls made by government agencies of other countries.
Products that are not safe are prohibited. Customers trust that they can always buy with confidence on VegaVend. The products you offer for sale on VegaVend must comply with your Vendor agreement, including all applicable VegaVend policies, and all applicable laws and regulations. This could help increase your chances of succeeding as a Vendor on VegaVend, as well as help you avoid practices that could lead to blocked listings, or even prevent you from selling on VegaVend.
